Exomia Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

    Exomia provides Discord tools and account-related services. These Terms of Service (TOS) apply to all users who purchase or use our products, including tools, accounts, and any other services offered by Exomia.
  2. Refunds and Replacements
  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Replacement Policy: If you encounter an issue with a tool or account, you may request a replacement. The replacement request must be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase. After 24 hours, any issues will be considered as a customer mistake and no replacement will be provided.
    To request a replacement, please contact us within the specified time frame. Failure to do so will result in no further action from our side.

  1. Liability Disclaimer
  • Not Liable for Terminations: Exomia is not responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to account terminations, bans, or other penalties that may result from using our tools. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that you are fully responsible for any actions taken on your account.
  • Risk of Use: The use of tools provided by Exomia is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that our tools will be undetectable by Discord or other platforms and will not be held liable for any resulting issues.
  1. Right to Remove Access
  • Removal of Tools: Exomia reserves the right to remove access to any tools at its discretion. This applies to tools, not accounts, and can occur at any time without prior notice.
    • Users will not be entitled to a refund or replacement in the event of tool access removal.
    • Tools may be removed due to violations of these terms, or for any reason that Exomia deems appropriate.
  1. Account Usage
  • No Account Liability: Exomia provides tools and services for your accounts but does not manage your accounts directly. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your account information.
  1. User Conduct
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, attempting to access accounts without authorization, exploiting tools for malicious purposes, or violating Discord's terms of service.
  • Program Tampering: Any attempt to tamper with, modify, or reverse-engineer our programs, tools, or any other services provided by Exomia will result in immediate removal of access and a permanent blacklisting from all future services. This includes altering or attempting to alter the functionality of our products in any unauthorized way.
  1. Termination of Service
    Exomia reserves the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Termination may occur at any time without prior notice.
  2. Modifications to the Terms
    Exomia reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
